Depending on the type of event, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance however, peak seasons may require more notice.

We don’t currently offer dry hire for Audio-Visual equipment unless it’s part of a production we’re providing.

Set up and pack down times can vary according to the amount of equipment required for your event.

The power required for your event will depend on the type of event and the equipment being used.
For smaller events, we typically require at least two to three 13A double sockets.
For larger events, a three-phase power supply may be necessary to safely run all equipment.
For outdoor events where there are no local power supplies, a generator or battery powered station may be necessary.
We confirm the exact power requirements during the booking process to ensure everything is planned and ready for a smooth setup.

Our certification can be provided to you or the venue when making a booking with us.

Yes, our equipment is PAT Tested annually and test certification can be provided to you/venue when making a booking with us.
